Mike
Sirotnak is vice president of Solar Products, a manufacturer
of
electric infrared heaters used in the thermoforming industry.
He has been a member of the SPE Thermoforming Division
since 1996. In 1997, Mike gave a technical speech at
the Atlanta conference and has influenced others to do
the same. Mike was elected to the board and took over
the responsibilities of membership chairman in 1998.
As membership chairman, Mike continues to take a pro-active
role in recruiting new members as well as servicing the
needs of existing members. The Parts Competition was
under his command for both the 1999 and 2000 conference.
Mike is an active member of the machinery committee and
has written and recruited many articles for the Thermoforming
Quarterly. In Cincinnati at this years' thermoforming
conference, Mike received a membership award for his
outstanding work. Mike lives in Connecticut with
his wife, Anne and his two children, Casey and Bridget.
